ONLY GOD CAN PROMOTE YOU
Start where you are
be faithful
right now
if God calls you
to do something
He will equip you
don’t try
to make it happen,
let it happen
you use what you have
be faithful
trust God
Just because you’ve never
seen it before
doesn’t mean it’s not real
God will direct your path
and provide for you
as you walk that path.
He will feed you.
He is faithful.
He will do what
He says He will do.
He will provide
all things necessary
for you to succeed
you just have to be
faithful.
God sees into your heart
His love for you
never falters
Prepare your heart
He will flood it
with Light
be done with the past
right now
forget it
get over it
this is a new day
let faith in God
fill you
God’s grace
and mercy will
swallow up your mistakes
be done with it
now
It’s not a feeling
it is a decision
you can’t reach forward
to what God has for you
when your hands, your heart
and your mind are holding onto
the past
Walk like you have it now
and your thoughts and feelings
are just going to have to
line up with it
That is being faithful
He will direct your steps
spend time with Him
not with the one
who whispers
hesitation and doubt
shout your way out
of the holes
you wallowed in
step up
press on
listen to the call
start where you are
be faithful right now
don’t listen to your fears
listen with your God ears
He has a plan
for every woman and man
Just spend your time
with Him
and He will
set you free
and that means you
and that means me.
