Isaiah 2:1 to 4 Peace. The PROMISE of peace in the Millenial Age.
Isaiah 7:14 Immanuel- What glorious truth! We needed a perfect, infinite Being to offer a perfect, infinite atonement for our sins. We needed Immanuel, God is with us.
Isaiah 8:10 We are Never Alone. God is with us.
Isaiah 9:2-5 Each of these promises - the reference to great joy, the breaking of the yoke of his burden and the rod of his oppressor, and the complete victory over all enemies has spiritual application to Jesus' work in our lives. These things are ours in Jesus. Jesus victory is always complete. Through Jesus we are raised up together to sit together in the heavenly places in Him, Ephesians 2:6. We are more than conquerors through Him who loved us – Romans 8:37.
Isaiah 9:3. Joy of Harvest – In the Bible there are various promised harvests – harvest both of joy and judgment (Isaiah 18:4 – 7) The natural realm is illustrative of the judicial realm. Will we have sheaves to rejoice over at the time of harvest?
Isaiah 9:6For Unto Us A Child is Born. This prophetic PROMISE brings such joy foretelling the birth of the Messiah. For Jesus to fully identify with humanity he made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. Philippians 2:7
Isaiah 11: 1-16 The Branch and Root of Jesse - Indeed, Jesus did come from the stump of Jesse. The royal authority of the house of David had lain dormant for 600 years when Jesus came as King and Messiah. When Jesus came forth, it was like a new green Branch coming from an apparently dead stump. WOW
Isaiah 10:27 and 14:25He is our burden bearer…
Isaiah 11:6…a little child shall lead them. A child’s faith is often so pure that it can lead the adults to see the Lord. Through our years of teaching Sunday School it always brings joy to watch as the children draw their families closer to the their Heavenly Father.

Chapter 22:11
Isaiah Chapters 25 and 26 Praise the Lord. Chapter 26:4 – In Him – upon His atoning grace we rest…Praise the Lord often, regardless of your circumstances. We do not praise the Lord on the basis of our circumstances - we praise the Lord the basis of who He is in the midst of our circumstances. We do not praise the Lord because of the way we feel - we praise the Lord because of who He is and the way He feels about us.
Praise the Lord through every moment!
Isaiah 26:3. JE add notes. The key element in true, lasting peace is the presence of God. Isaiah says to God:
“You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in You!
Peace – it is the inner sense of contentment and quietness, regardless of life’s circumstances. It is a confidence in our ever faithful, immutable, Heavenly Father. It is a steadfast confidence in our ever faithful, immutable Heavenly Father. It is the presence of His joy in the midst of unhappiness.
True peace does no merely paint our pain with a pretty color. A person who has genuine godly peace can endure an avalanche of hardship and difficulty an still enjoy an inner peace that passes all understanding. God – focus – trust – medicate on His Word.
